Liquid Skin: 20th Anniversary Re-Issue Coming July 12th

Mercury prize winning, British band Gomez are announcing the 20th anniversary release of their triumphant second album ‘Liquid Skin’. The 20th anniversary edition of 'Liquid Skin' will be released on July 12th in three configurations: a limited edition 2-CD collection, a limited edition 2-LP 180-gram transparent coloured vinyl set, and a 2-LP 180-gram black vinyl set.  All three configurations feature the original album remastered from new transfers of the original recordings by Frank Arkwright at Abbey Road.

In edition to the proper album, the 2-CD limited edition collection features nine previously unreleased tracks including demos, alternate versions from the 'Liquid Skin' recording sessions and a set of live tracks recorded in February 2000 at the Fillmore in San Francisco.  Also included in the collection is a 24-page book featuring, photos, liner notes and new interviews from the band.  

The 2-LP limited edition transparent coloured vinyl and 2-LP black vinyl sets present the original album in 180-gram vinyl pressed by MPO.  The CD & LP collections can be pre-ordered from the Gomez Merch Store on their own, or bundled with a new “Devil Will Ride” T-Shirt and limited edition 'Liquid Skin’ lithograph.
